Within the activities and events of the Biotechnology Research Center, the Center participated in the Science Day celebration held by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, and the Center won the award for the second best research center, in which it participated during the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Doctor, Professor Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Sahib, where he honored the Center’s General Director, Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud. Farhan received a certificate of appreciation for the second best research center in Iraq.
With great happiness, Al-Nahrain University prevailed as its presidency and its affiliates, the Biotechnology Research Center reiterated its victory in first place as the best research center or research unit in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the disciplines of natural sciences. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa awarded a certificate of appreciation to the Director of the Center, Prof. Dr. Saad Saleh Al-Dujaili, who made it clear to the Minister that this achievement is due to the performance of the professors and affiliates. The above picture shows the pointing of the Director of the Center to the attending professors from the Center who stood in respect. The Minister supported that and praised the Center and the teamwork in the research centers. The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb, welcomed the Director of the Center, and congratulated the Center for this outstanding achievement. He commended the efforts of all academic staff and administrative affiliates, and promised that the Center would be honored exceptionally. On his part, the Director of the Center thanked the President of the University for the continuous support and following up the affairs of the Center.
